The company has begun construction on more than $65 Million in student housing projects since its inception in 2016. When engaged with our clients during the design phase of a project, Spire lends years of experience in assisting the design team to improve constructability methods, review value engineering options to satisfy cost constraints, and provide detailed project scheduling to confirm project completion expectations.
